We got the chance to check out a set of Sports Guys from Kasey Kids! Here's a recap of our review from a few weeks ago:
Sometimes the hardest gifts to find for me are those for my oldest son, John David. Maybe it's because I'm a girl or maybe it's because he's five, but it seems there are always less options to chose from when it comes to gift buying for little boys. We were recently introduced to Sports Action Figures from Kaskey Kids and John David loved them! We were sent a set of baseball guys to review, complete with 24 2 1/2" players, 1 umpire, 1 fully adjustable realistic scoreboard, 28" x 28" washable felt field and a stackable container with attached lid and handle. They retail for $24.99. Kaskey Kids' Sports Action Figures come in a variety of sports including football, soccer, and hockey and some are available in Mini Packs as well for only $9.99.
John David has played and played with these little figurines. I absolutely LOVE that they come with a storage container! I did notice that it quite difficult for John David to fit all the pieces back in the container himself since it's not quite large enough to hold everything easily. John David really liked the scoreboard too. With the ability to keep track of the score in his pretend games, it made the whole playtime more realistic for him. As a mom, I definitely appreciate that the felt field is washable, and we've already had to wash it twice! I would definitely recommend laying it out flat to dry.
