You all know that we are a family of game lovers! I'm always excited when I can find fun games that even the little ones can join in on. Blue Orange Games is the place to find games for all ages. Not only that, but their games are kid friendly and Earth friendly! All their packaging is made from recycled material as well as being recyclable itself. Their games are wooden (excellent quality!) and they plant two trees for every tree used in the creation of their games. Blue Orange Games only creates safe and non-toxic games for our kids. Now that's a commitment!

Now onto the game: We received the Pengoloo game to review. The kids played this several times before I sat down with them and played it, so I was a little behind. Needless to say, my five year old beat me a few times. :D Pengoloo is a fun matching and memory game that helps develop color recognition, visual perception and memory. It includes 12 wooden penguins, 12 wooden eggs, 4 wooden iceberg scoring boards, and 2 wooden dice. Basically you roll the dice and then try to find the matching penguins and their eggs. The problem is that the brightly colored eggs are hiding beneath the adorable little penguins and I kept forgetting where they were!


We have had so much fun with our Pengoloo game, and the excellent quality is hard to find in games these days. I found it online in a few different spots for around $20 to $25. We have fallen head over heels for Blue Orange Games. Huge thumbs up from My Four Monkeys! Next on our Blue Orange wish list? Gobblet Gobblers!
